After more than seven years of delighting her clients all over the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire as an in-home Personal Chef with Chef en Route, Rachel DeSantis has recently changed and expanded her business to include a breakfast and lunch establishment located in the historic Pacific Mills Industrial Complex, 300 Canal Street, Lawrence, MA. Rachel’s Kitchen, LLC opened for business in March of 2011. Rachel continues to provide prepared meals for her clients, now cooking in her own kitchen and delivering their fully cooked, packaged and ready to heat and eat meals on a weekly, bi-monthly or monthly basis. She plans to expand the meals she offers and is currently working on a new website (rachelskitchenllc.com –coming soon) which will include online ordering capabilities for her personal chef clients.
Rachel has enjoyed cooking since she was very young, cooking alongside her mom and grandmother and has always loved creating delicious meals to thrill her family and friends. Cooking for her clients in their homes has been a very rewarding experience. However, the social interaction with her customers at Rachel’s Kitchen is a welcome change. Customers are already raving about her delicious breakfasts made with organic eggs, her steak bomb and burgers, daily lunch specials and in a city overrun with hot dog stands, yes, even her hot dogs! Rachel is committed to fresh, quality ingredients and healthy, home made food the way you would make it if you had the time.
As a member of The Personal Chefs Network, Rachel was honored with their Pacesetter Award in February of 2008 with Chef en Route. She is Serve Safe® certified, fully insured and holds all applicable licenses from the City of Lawrence. Rachel’s Kitchen is now accepting new chef service clients and is also open for breakfast /lunch, Monday through Friday, 7am to 2pm and accepts all major credit cards.
