Dinner Thyme, Inc.
Lisa Brisch is the chef and owner of Dinner Thyme, Inc., a personal chef service serving Middletown, DE from Wilmington to Dover and the surrounding areas. Lisa has been personal cheffing since 1999 when she started her business in Phoenix, AZ. In 2001, she relocated to the east coast and started her business back up. Her business is based on the traditional personal chef service (PCS) model – 5 to 6 dinner entrees, 4-8 servings, packaged for the fridge and freezer. Most of her clients are looking for healthy dinner options with a gourmet flair.
Besides the typical PCS offerings, Lisa teaches cooking classes, in-home and at various cooking venues in the Wilmington area. Additionally, she cooks for intimate parties and larger events only needing appetizers.
Lisa received her culinary diploma from the Art Institute of Phoenix in 2000. She is a former USPCA member and chapter president. She is a certified chef and a founding member of Personal Chefs Cooperative.
Lisa is currently working on launching a new web-based business called Orange Pomegranate. The goal is to provide solutions to getting dinner on the table. A Facebook community has been established to share ideas on what’s for dinner, new recipes, cooking, shopping, and meal planning tips. Once the site is launched, members will be able to find recipes, add their own (for sharing or keeping private), create meal plans and shopping lists.
