Governance of the Personal Chefs Cooperative
The Personal Chefs Cooperative is governed by a board consisting of officers and directors elected from our membership. At this time the board consists of four officers and 17 directors. Officers rotate positions up with a new secretary to be elected from the members of the board and also new directors elected annually. The immediate past president will remain on the board and serve for one year. Following are the names of the members holding these positions currently and for the period ending January 31, 2011:
